Crystal was so kind and so helpful, she showed me what I was Doing wrong without shaming me or making me feel dumb, and she got me everything I need To have my vacuum running the way it’s supposed to. I had such an amazing experience shopping at Austin ABC Vacuum Boutique, and I can't recommend them enough. I was struggling to decide between two different models of Sebo vacuums, and Crystal had an encyclopedia-level of knowledge about the nuances between the two. She asked a few questions about my living situation to tailor her recommendation, and then gave me a thorough demonstration of the vacuum. She could have easily sold me the more expensive of the two, but actually recommended the cheaper one because she knew it was a better fit for me. Crystal's customer service skills were incredible, and she is clearly an expert in her field! Austin ABC Vacuum is the only place I'll go for my future vacuum-related needs.
