These guys are amazing. Brought my vacuum in thinking I’d leave it for diagnosis and get a call with a quote and the whole upsell process, but Greg took a look, grabbed the filter out and came back, plugged it in to confirm it was working, and sent me on my way, no charge. They’ve got my business going forward!

Today was my first time there and i had a wonderful experience with cristal. in five minutes she had my old vacuum cranking again. No charge and i asked what vacuum i should save to replace my Hoover. She advised Oreck. I can tell you when i have the money saved, i will go purchase from cristal. And will buy my vacuum needs from her as well. You saved the day!!!

I took my vacuum in for repairs and Mannywho assisted with the service was very honest and explain to us that it was only a minor adjustment on the bag and did not charge anything. We appreciated the honesty and professionalism great place to get your service, I highly recommend it.
