I stopped in with a Dyson that was acting finicky and Greg was able to help immediately. We couldn't reproduce the issue, but he spent time with me explaining what is likely happening, how I can fix it, and generally just some great advice. I wholeheartedly recommend them for service.
(As a COVID-related note, the employees both wore masks properly, remained as socially distant as possible, and the store was pretty empty. I appreciated that they were taking things seriously.)
